Pizza dough powder

ingredients :

lukewarm water = 250 grams (1 and 1/4 cups)
Oil = 65 grams (1/3 cup)
Preparation method:

Heat the water a little until it becomes lukewarm. Be careful not to make the water too hot. Put the package of yeast in a container and mix it with a cup of lukewarm water.

Put the powder of growth pizza dough in a container. Add the mixture of yeast and water to it and mix a little with a spoon. Add oil and mix a little. Add a quarter of the remaining water little by little, until the resulting dough is neither too hard nor too soft to stick to the hand. (All the water may not be required) Knead well until smooth and uniform dough is obtained.


Grease the inside of a container with a very small amount of oil. Put the dough in a container and cover it with a plastic bag. Put a wet towel on it and place it in a warm place (30-35°C) for 1-2 hours until it is completely fermented and swelled and its volume increases.
tip :
If the volume of the dough does not increase, or if the dough does not spread easily on the bottom of the mold, give the dough more time to rise and also make the fermentation place warmer.

Turn on the oven 15 minutes before cooking and adjust the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.

Sprinkle some flour on the bottom of the molds. Take some of the dough and spread it in each mold, so that the thickness of the dough is 0.5 cm. If the dough does not spread easily or is sticky, sprinkle a little flour on the dough. Of course, adding too much flour destroys the crispness and softness of the bread.

Place the mold in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes until the bread is half cooked. According to your desired pizza recipe, pour the pizza ingredients on the bread and put it in the oven again for 10 to 15 minutes. In the last step, add the cheese and turn off the oven and turn on the grill.

Note: You can not half-bake the bread and immediately after spreading the dough in the mold, pour the pizza ingredients on the dough and put it in the oven.
Note: The dough can be stored in a bag in the freezer and later sprinkled with a little flour and used.

Note: Half-baked bread can also be stored in a bag in the freezer and used when needed.
