dumpling dough

ingredients :

Warm water: 200 grams (one cup*)

Liquid oil: 50 grams (a quarter cup*)

Preparation :

Mix the yeast with a cup of lukewarm water in a small bowl. (Make sure the water is not too hot).
Put the dough powder of growth dumpling in a container. First, add the mixture of yeast and water and stir with a spoon, then add the oil and mix well until the dough is formed. If the dough is stiff, you can add 1 to 3 tablespoons more water to the dough. Note that the dumpling dough should not be too hard or too loose, add enough water to make a soft dough and not stick to your hands. Knead the dough well, kneading reduces the stickiness of the dough.
Grease the inside of a container with a little oil. Put the dough in a container and put a plastic bag and a wet towel on it and place it in a warm place (35°C) for 1 to 2 hours until it rises completely and its volume increases.. if the volume does not increase. Make the fermentation place warmer and give more time to the dough. Also, if the dough is too hard, it will not rise well, so if the dough does not rise after this time, add one or two more spoonfuls of water to the dough and give it more time.
Knead the dough a little before use to make it puffy.

Important feature: You can keep the dough in the freezer for up to one month and use it when needed.
