Jalge Dez Agricultural Company is a family company that was established and registered in 1993 in Khuzestan province, Dezful city with a hot and dry climate. The company's shareholders consist of six brothers, all of whom are educated in the field of agriculture with different orientations from bachelor's degree to graduate degree. It is a doctorate. This company is a member of the trade association of edible mushroom producers of Iran.

The experienced experts of this company have received the necessary training in scientific centers abroad about the different stages of planting, harvesting and harvesting of edible mushrooms, the compost required for mushroom cultivation and the production of mushroom seeds.

The number one edible mushroom production farm of this company includes a seed production laboratory, composting site and mushroom cultivation halls with a nominal capacity of 200 tons of mushroom production in the winter of 1374, and its product was released to the market on the day of Eid al-Fitr, 1378.

The chillers, air conditioners and cooling towers required in the mentioned project have been designed and built by the company's experts at the project site according to the climatic conditions and suitable for the hot and dry climate of Dezful region.

Farm No. 2 of this company with a nominal capacity of 400 tons of mushroom production was built in 1383 and put into operation in 1384.

In the implementation of Farm 2 project, the defects and shortcomings of Farm 1, which were identified during five years of work and production, were corrected, and air conditioners, cooling towers, and energy transmission lines were built, installed and started in a regular and modern manner in the workshop of this company. .

After the opening of Farm 2 production line, the officials of the company decided to renovate and rebuild the facilities and shelving of Farm 1, and thus the nominal capacity of edible mushroom production of this company increased by 200 tons and reached a total nominal capacity of 800 tons of mushroom production. In parallel with the development of mushroom production, compared to the development and equipping of the composting site, including tracks and bunkers and pasteurization tunnels, and an equipped compost chemistry laboratory and the necessary equipment, as well as the required machines, including multiple loaders, mixers, bunker filling machines and Pasteurization tunnels and cultivation machine (blocker) were implemented.

Currently, the compost production capacity of this unit is 25,000 tons per year and the capacity of the seed production laboratory of this company is more than 600 tons per year.
After gaining experience and conducting the required studies, at the end of 2018, the design and implementation of Farm No. 3 project for the production of edible mushrooms with a nominal capacity of 1600 tons per year was started using the latest technology.

It should be mentioned that the equipment and machines needed for this project were purchased and set up from Dalsem Company in the Netherlands
Breeding halls and the required facilities are generally managed in the form of monitoring, which has increased the production rate and also increased the quality of the product.

With the grace of God and the round-the-clock efforts of the personnel, the actual production of edible mushrooms is more than 3000 tons per year.
