Korean cake powder

ingredients :

Small eggs: 4 (200 grams)
Water: 130 grams (half a cup* plus 2 tablespoons)
Melted butter: 150 grams

Cake preparation:

Turn on the gas oven and heat it at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Put the growth butter cake powder in a suitable container. Add the eggs along with half a cup of water. If the eggs used are not small, it is not necessary to add the said 2 spoons of water. Then add the melted and cooled butter to the container and mix with a high speed mixer for 4 minutes until the dough is uniform.
Grease the inner surface of the mold with a small amount of oil and sprinkle a little flour on the bottom. You can put greaseproof paper on the bottom of the mold instead.
Pour the batter into the mold and place the mold on the middle floor of the oven for about 40 to 50 minutes, until the color turns golden.
To ensure the cake is fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If the dough does not stick to it, the cake is cooked.
After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the mold.

Practical tips:

Use a mold in which the height of the dough is no more than 5 cm.
After placing the cake in the oven, do not open the oven door for 15 minutes.
