Yazdi cake powder

ingredients:
Eggs = 2 pcs
Oil = 150 grams (3/4 cups)
Water or milk = 100 grams (1/2 cup)
Preparation method:

- Break the eggs in a suitable container. Mix for 3 minutes with a high speed mixer until fluffy and white.

- Add the liquid oil to the eggs and mix for 30 seconds with a medium mixer.

- Add milk to the mixture and mix for 30 seconds with a medium mixer. It is better to add two tablespoons of milk more so that the quality of the cake will be better.

Add the cake powder little by little to the mixture. Mix with the slow speed of the mixer for about 1 minute until it becomes uniform.

- After mixing the ingredients, pour it into the special Yazdi cake paper (available in the box) so that it fills two-thirds of them.

- Place the mold in the middle of the oven.

- When the top of the cake is golden; Remove it from the oven.

- The baking time for Yazdi cake in a special mold is about 30 to 35 minutes.
Preparation of Yazdi cake with a rectangular mold:

- Do the preparation steps as above.

- milk according to the amount mentioned in the necessary ingredients; add Mix for 30 seconds at medium speed.

Add the cake powder little by little to the mixture. Mix with the slow speed of the mixer for about 1 minute until it becomes uniform.

- Grease the inner surface of the rectangular mold with a small amount of oil.

Pour the dough into the desired mold. so that at most half of the mold is filled and put it in the middle of the oven.

- When the top of the cake is golden; Remove it from the oven.

- The baking time for Yazdi cake in a rectangular shape is about 40 to 45 minutes.
Practical tips:

- Heat the oven for 15 minutes before placing the cake.

- After placing the cake in the oven, do not open the door for 15 minutes.

- After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes. Then remove it from the mold
