Pravarpars Engineering Research and Design Company started its activity with the support of two-seater and four-seater metal airplane design in the form of research projects related to government organizations and was officially registered as a private joint-stock company in 1371.
In 1371, during the visit of the Minister of Road and Transport and the Minister of Industries, an order was given for the construction of Nasim Glider aircraft, which is now considered as the first aircraft designed and built in the country with Type Certification.
In order to carry out the Nasim Glider project, a management was created to monitor and implement design and manufacturing standards in the National Aviation Organization of Iran, which now supports and supervises all design, construction, and assembly projects in the country, as well as affiliated Iran Aviation Industries Company The Development and Renovation Organization was established for the financial support of the Nasim Glider project. This company has been the source of many effects in the growth and development of the aviation industry in the years of its activity and has presented and sold the Nasim Glider aircraft in Australia in 2004.

In 1375, the company started its activity in the field of designing and manufacturing two-seater Saba motorized glider aircraft, and in 1382, it succeeded in obtaining TC. This project is now going through the production stages.
In 1378, a motorized kite was procured from the French company Aqulair and produced under the license of that company, dozens of which have been handed over to customers so far.
In 2012, the Pelikan aircraft was procured from a Canadian company as a kit in the assembly company, and the assembly, maintenance, repair and flight certificates were obtained from the National Aviation Organization.
In 1383 and 1385, autogyro airplanes from Chayair and ELA companies with the names of Sycammor and ELA07 were brought to the company and it was welcomed that the stages of kit purchase, production and assembly are also followed as an activity in the company.
With the history that was exclusively mentioned, Pravarpars company is present in the market as the first and largest manufacturer of light and ultra-light aircraft in Iran.
